Things 1 & 2
The habit among the 7 & 1/2 that is probably easiest for me is the concept of beginning with the end in mind - it just makes sense in my world. As for which is hardest, the concept of sharpening the saw is far too often put off...as a woman, wife, mother, daughter, learner, educator...balance with growth is not always easy to acheive.

I hear that! I survived. Looking back, I sometimes don't know how I did, but thankfully, the house is still standing, and the kids are alive.
